Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through R SQUARED are considered final sale.

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, materials, labor, and production resources are allocated once an order is submitted. As a result, we are unable to accommodate refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to an order after purchase.

This policy applies to requests resulting from a change of mind, accidental purchases, missed or forgotten promotional codes, address changes, or changes to the selected product, size, scent, or quantity.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable, and any costs associated with materials or production are committed at the time the order is placed.
