At R SQUARED, each product is handcrafted and made to order with careful attention to quality and detail. Because orders are prepared specifically for each customer, production begins once an order is placed, including the allocation of materials, labor, and other preparation costs.

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications after an order has been submitted.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully, including product selections, quantities, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

To maintain the quality, cleanliness, and safety of our products, we are unable to accept returns on certain items.

Because our fragrances are prepared and packaged specifically for our customers, we cannot accept returns after an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
